Originally from Texas, Travis built Pickett around a straightforward, hands-on way of working. He believes you shouldn't have to wonder what's happening with your project or chase someone down for an update. You should know who's doing the work, what comes next, and that the details are being taken care of.
That same spirit is behind the bluebonnet in Pickett’s logo, a nod to Travis’s Texas roots and to his grandmother, whose favorite flower it was. It’s a small piece of where he came from, carried forward into the place he now calls home. In Prescott, he found a community that felt familiar: proud of where it lives, neighborly by nature, and full of people who care about doing things well. Those are the same values that guide his work: take pride in what you do, treat people well, and leave things better than you found them.
When you work with Pickett, you work directly with Travis from the first conversation through the final detail. He brings experience, communicates clearly, and cares about the details. When someone opens the door to their home, he doesn’t take that responsibility lightly.
